Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized board.

  • Candidates must be between 18 to 35 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist passengers with inquiries regarding metro services, routes, and facilities.

  2. Provide information on fare details, travel schedules, and service disruptions.

  3. Control the throng at holidays and prime times.

  4. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of metro stations and platforms.

  5. Respond to passenger feedback and address concerns professionally.

  6. Collaborate with metro staff to maintain a safe and secure computing environment.

  7. Perform additional duties as assigned by metro management. 

Candidate Selection Process

1. Education Marks Cutoff

The cutoff will be decided based on previous education.

Initial screening is based on the declared cutoff.

Candidates meeting the cutoff proceed to the next stage.

   - Direct entry into the further stages of our selection process.

3. Selection Process

  • First, you have to fill out the form.

  • merit-based selection will take place.
